The COVID-19 pandemic presents unique challenges for people with substance use disorders and in recovery. No one needs to go without support. If you are in recovery or are struggling with a substance use disorder, below are several resources to help you stay supported, connected, and healthy. With social distancing and self-quarantine, continued social connectedness to maintain recovery are critically important. Below are a list of virtual meetings and support groups.
